A major milestone was reached in the Brown household at the end of September when Kate took her official first step. There may be some who claim that they saw her take a step sooner but since this one was caught on film, it's the one that's going in the baby book.
It didn't take her long before she was off and (well, not quite) running. Within a month she has gone from taking her first step to walking 95% of the time. Here she is a few weeks ago trying out her new tennis shoes.
She also loves to dance or at least her version of dancing. I think she might have inherited her father's dance moves :-)
